These Walls #7

"Play it again, one more time," A mother calls from the kitchen.

"But mom, you said one more time three times ago. I've got school work to do," a child complains.

"School is cancelled for the year, you can do it later. You'll never have this much free time to learn piano."

The mother was tired, the kitchen was serving as her home office. Working from home wasn't as easy as it seemed. The daughter was tired, the living room was serving as a keyboard room, despite her mom calling it a piano. School was out, she should be having fun. Instead she's playing classical music and wishing she could do a worksheet. Neither was happy, and they still had months to go.
